Terms & conditions of sale

These terms apply to website orders on ecofascia.odoo.com and to orders placed by email or phone. Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept when we confirm the order or dispatch the goods. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.

1. Prices and VAT

Prices on the website may be shown excluding or including VAT. VAT is charged at the rate applying on the invoice date. Website prices are not a quote for a special-order or site-measure job.

2. Payment

Pay at checkout, by invoice on an approved credit account, or by bank transfer when we ask for it. Title in the goods stays with EcoFascia LTD until we have received payment in full, including delivery charges and VAT.

3. Delivery and collection

Delivery methods and charges are set out on the Delivery page. Free delivery applies to qualifying orders of £1,000 and over. There is no free next-day service on EcoFascia, including North West extras. Risk passes on delivery or collection.

4. Checking the order

Inspect goods on arrival. Report shortages or damage in writing to info@ecofascia.com within 48 hours, with photographs.

5. Returns

Unused, resaleable stock-line goods may be returned within 30 days with the order number. A restocking fee may apply except where the goods are faulty or not as described. Special-order, cut, or made-to-length items are not returnable once manufacture or purchase has started, except where they are faulty or not as described. Change-of-mind returns are at the customer’s expense.

6. Quality and colour

Images and descriptions are a guide. Composite colour can vary between batches. Check a sample before a large elevation or deck. Fit to manufacturer instructions.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. For trade customers, our liability is otherwise limited to the price of the goods concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
