Returns

We want you to be happy with your order. If something is not right, contact us first on 01704 336733 or info@ecofascia.com with your order number.

Damaged or missing items

Check the count and condition on delivery. Report shortages or damage in writing within 48 hours, with photos. We will replace or credit faulty or damaged goods at no cost to you.

Change of mind (30 days)

• Unused, resaleable stock-line goods can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Goods must be in original condition and quantity, with the order number.
• Return carriage is at the customer's cost, or bring items back to our Mawdesley yard by appointment.
• A restocking fee may apply, except where goods are faulty or not as described.

Non-returnable items

Special-order, cut or made-to-length items cannot be returned once manufacture or purchase has started, unless faulty or not as described.

Refunds

Once returned goods are received and checked, we refund to the original payment method or trade account, normally within 14 days.
