What we collect

Name, company, delivery and billing address, email, phone, order history, and anything you send through our contact or trade account forms (including documents you upload, such as bank statements for trade account checks). Payments are handled by our payment provider; we do not store full card details.

Why we use it

To process orders, deliveries, returns and invoices (contract).
To assess and run trade and credit accounts (contract and legitimate interest).
To answer enquiries and provide support (legitimate interest).
To meet tax and accounting obligations (legal obligation).
To send product news only where you have agreed (consent; you can opt out at any time).

Who we share it with

Couriers and hauliers, our payment provider, our accountants, IT and hosting providers (Odoo), and credit reference agencies for credit account applications. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records for 6 years for tax purposes. Unsuccessful trade applications and supporting documents for up to 12 months. Enquiries for up to 2 years.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your data, object to processing, or ask for a copy. Email info@ecofascia.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
